Prior Lake Planning Council Approves High Density Residential Designation on the Land Use Plan
Monday April 25, 2006 - The Prior Lake Planning Council approved an ammendment to the Land Use Plan that will start the process of changing a portion of the zoning to High Density Residential, for the planned development on the northeast corner of the intersection at CTY Roads 42 and 18. The zoning change request will now go to the City Council and ultimately to the Metropolitan Council for final approval. The developer, Cardinal Development, will meet with the Windsor Scott Homeowners Association in the June – July timeframe to seek our comments and concerns on the proposed development prior to submitting the formal Planned Urban Development (assuming that both the City and Metropolitan Councils approve the zoning change).
