Letters were mailed from the City of Prior Lake in early March to announce a meeting to discuss the development of the land that boarders our homeowners association.  Most of the Prior Lake residents were mailed a notice letter.On Monday April 23rd 2007 at 6.00 pm at the Prior Lake City Hall located at 4646 Dakota Street, Cardinal Development Group will be addressing the preposed preliminary land usage for the parcel of land that is North of Co Rd. 42 and East of Hwy 18.  This meeting will cover the development of homes, office space, mixed retail and green space.  The Wall's will be attending the meeting.  I would encourage your attendance and look forward to seeing people from both Prior Lake and Savage.
