Site Updates and Access Changes

Hello and Happy New Year!
I have migrated our site to a new (powerful) server, updated the look / feel / software, and have added several user options (please see the email I sent today).
I have also opened the site up to all of our neighbors, regardless of whether they belong to the home owners association, as the site can benefit our entire neighborhood. Please use the feedback page to let me know if there are any issues or needed enhancements.
